Von der Neupositionierung alltäglicher Überlebensakte als radikale Praktiken des Widerstands bis hin zur Auseinandersetzung mit der Langlebigkeit kolonialer Gewalt - der kreative Widerstand von Künstler*Innen gegen Unterdrückung verleiht globalen Themen die notwendige Sichtbarkeit, auch wenn die Möglichkeit ihrer Arbeit durch repressive Regime in Frage gestellt wird. Dieses Gespräch wird die Bedrohung der kreativen Freiheit auf der ganzen Welt beleuchten und aufzeigen, wie Künstlerinnen und Künstler ausharren und Stimmen und Erfahrungen Gehör verschaffen, die andernfalls vielleicht ungehört und ungesehen blieben. This conversation will shed light on threats against creative freedom around the world, as well as the ways in which artists persevere, amplifying voices and experiences that might otherwise go unheard and unseen.
